Reverend Robert Hardies, at a "Clergy for Fairness" press conference against the Federal Marriage Amendment, says that by using the gay marriage ban for political gain, the President is sinning.
Hardies says it is shameful that the President is writing discrimination into the Constitution in order to boost his poll numbers. Hardies also says that "to use another human being for ones own political gain is beyond shameful, it’s a sin!" (:23).
