Representative John Spratt (D-SC) highlights for the House Budget Committee the shortcomings of the administration in two areas: Social Security and renewal of tax cuts.
Spratt addresses two concerns he sees with the Administration’s spending policy. In regard to the renewal of all the tax cuts, the Administration’s reconstructive budget "calls into question those assumptions."
